Are the shoes comfortable for daily use?

Yes. The slip-on design includes elastic side accents, making them easy to wear without laces.

Are these shoes lightweight?
Yes. The EVA outsole is lightweight, making the shoes easy to wear for long periods without feeling heavy.
Do they provide ankle support?
The shoes include a padded collar and tongue for added comfort around the ankle, while maintaining a flexible, casual fit.
Do the shoes have removable insoles?
Yes. The insoles are removable, allowing you to:

How should I take care of my shoes?

Each pair is printed, cut, and handmade, ensuring that every design is applied with precision and attention to detail.

Our slip-on shoes feature a durable polyester canvas upper with a lightweight EVA rubber outsole. They’re built for everyday wear with a balance of comfort and structure.
How do the shoes fit?
Our shoes fit true to size.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Where are the shoes made?
The blank product is sourced from China and then printed and assembled to order.

Where do you ship?
We ship to multiple countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Availability is shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location.
Tracking is provided once shipped.
What if my address is wrong?
Contact us immediately. If your order has not entered production, we may update it. Otherwise, it cannot be changed.

Can I change my order?
Only before production begins. After that, changes are not possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts.
Can I apply a discount after purchase?
No. Discounts must be applied at checkout.
RETURNS & ISSUES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue.
What if there's a shipping delay?
Once shipped, orders are handled by carriers. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or customs issues.
